Résumé

Indeed Native Indian leadership does have some unique features, which are outlined in the article. The results of this study may be useful for further research, for Native Indian education programs (like Ts’‘kel, offered at UBC), and for other leadership training workshops where a knowledge of leadership in the Native Indian education context would be useful.
