Speaking our Truths in "A Good Way"

Each of us connects to spirit in our own personal way. The following thought piece represents two people (Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal) coming together and articulatingtheir own spiritual engagement within research practices. The paper is given a voicefrom a traditional Talking Circle format, thus providing each individual with an equalopportunity to be heard. It is from this place of mutual respect that both participantsembrace being able to speak their own truths. Hence, this discussion is lead by the collective energy of author and, in doing so, demonstrates that working collaborativelyand engaging the spirit realm can build new pathways for tomorrow's researchers.
