Children's Services in Remote Australian Indigenous Communities: Practices and Challenges

Abstract

Developing effective and sustainable services for children in remote Indigenouscommunities has been a longstanding challenge in Australia and in other parts of theworld. In this article the authors share insights gained from the Both Ways project,which was designed to be responsive to the unique characteristics of diverse remotecommunities in northern Australia.
