MLA Chernoff, Honours B.A. (University of Toronto), M.A. (York University), is a doctoral student in the Graduate Program in English at York University. Their dissertation will attempt to theorize a properly Jewish-Canadian poetic through psychoanalytic and object-oriented explorations of mourning and melancholia in Holocaust literatures from across the nation.
