Abstract

Review of Songs of Exile by Bänoo Zan and The Rules of the Kingdom by Julie Paul:

I undertook a review of these books because I was interested in their shared themes of exile and belonging. As it turned out, I found them less than compelling. I hope that my review offers a good blend of commendation and critique.
