Abstract

The review of this new volume of Canadian Jewish writing contextualizes the collection in relation to earlier anthologies, looking at how literary trends and cultural shifts have influenced this more recent body of work. It also considers the significance of the genres that are represented and the centrality of the Holocaust as a unifying conceptual motif.
