About the Journal

Philosophy of Education is an international peer-reviewed journal of the Philosophy of Education Society. The journal is published as an annual quarterly, with a distinctively dialogical aspect.  Most articles are paired with responses, which may support, challenge, and/or extend the ideas in the original article. Philosophy of Education has always been and will remain a fully Open Access journal. There are no fees or costs involved with publishing in the journal or accessing content. 

Issues from 1995 to 2024 of Philosophy of Education can be found at this site. In time, all issues of Philosophy of Education will appear on this site, including older ones that are not available digitally.
