Focus and Scope
An open access journal, the WAAERJ welcomes articles in reflection and response to WAAE conference proceedings.
WAAERJ seeks diverse, broad scholarly perspectives on arts pedagogy. For those inspired by conference experiencse, please take this opportunity to explore inquiries on topics of arts education, cross-disciplinary connections, indigenous and minority sovereignty in arts curricula, and the role of the arts in the wider community.
Articles are to be between 2000 and 3000 words in length (excluding references).
Peer Review Process
Two reviewers will recieve and review submissions for the WAAERJ.
WAAERJ wishes to advise that all potential authors, where possible, submit an anonymous version of any article with a seperate title page, and a non-anonymous version including title page.
Please label submissions clearly.
The anonymized version should exclude the author(s)' name, including in any in-line citations and references. Please, instead, use "author(s), date" where applicable.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
